What workshops are available?
Fiona teaches a wide range of material from different traditions around the world including gospel, Maori, African, Native American, pop, folk and her own compositions and arrangements.
Workshops can either be learning songs in parts or creating new music through improvisation.
No previous experience is necessary. All material is taught by ear.

 

How many participants?
Learning Songs in Parts:     Minimum 16, maximum 50.
Soundscapes:                        Minimum 10, maximum 16.

 

Example of a workshop:
10am - 12pm at Portsmouth Arts Centre.
Singing for Fun with your Family.
Chant, holler, call, stomp and learn simple songs in delicious harmony,
In the workshop we will:
Warm up our bodies and voices
Play with our different voices
Sing in unison and in part-harmony

Morning session (3 hours)          £150.00 plus expenses
Afternoon session (3 hours)        £150.00 plus expenses
